P.R. Mantis and BUGMAN enjoy hearing from you, but due to the volume of calls and mail we receive, we may not be able to reply right away. But we will try... Just try not to wait till the last minute to ask your question!
We really like when people ask us their BUG-Questions. We don't know everything (although P.R. thinks he does!), but we can usually help out or lead you in the right direction. It is best if you make your questions specific. Please don't ask us to tell you everything we know about some bug topic. It would take us way too long to write the answer!
Also, the more information we have, the better our answers are.
